Pool Rules . . . |
Swimming in the pools is at your own risk and individuals assume the risk for any injuries sustained. TSA has retained the services of an outside pool company to manage our pools including staffing our pools with a Lifeguard. The Lifeguard is their employee and has been instructed to follow the TSA rules. Further, the Lifeguard is authorized to remove anyone from the pool for any reason at the Lifeguard's sole discretion.
Important: At all times, adults are responsible for their children’s safety and ”behavior” while at the TSA facilities.
We ask that all members and visitors wear their TSA ID bracelet and sign in the Sign-In Book (located on the pool deck). All guests using the facilities must be accompanied be a member.
These Pool Rules have been established for member safety and for the safety of others. Members and their guests are to adhere to the rules outlined below at all times .

- Any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is directly responsible for the child's adherence to pool rules and behavior. The responsible adult must remain in the gated pool area while the child is in the water. Parents or guardians of any non-swimming child (including children with swim training flotation devices) must be in the water supervising the child. One (l) adult may not supervise more than 5 children.
- Parents or guardians must remain on the pool deck at all times
- Babies in diapers must wear a swim diaper when in the pool.
- Jumping by children (FEET FIRST) is permitted only at the deep end of the pool (not from the sides) when the Lifeguard permits, under the Lifeguard's supervision, and when no pool traffic is present in that part of pool. NO HEAD FIRST DIVING IS ALLOWED.
- Swimmer must shower before entering pool.
- Total Bathing load capacity for Adult pool is 55 persons and Kiddie pool is 15 persons. The Lifeguard is authorized to ask members and their guests to leave or prohibit access to the pool in order to maintain stated load capacities.
Prohibited Activities:
- Use of Floats: The use of inflatable floats is prohibited. The ONE exception is swim-training flotation devices (that cannot fall off or be slipped out of) for swim training purposes only and used only in the presence of a responsible adult who is in the water.
- Toys and other items (see below) are prohibited.
Important: TSA reserves the right to bar any toy, float, or other items which the Lifeguard/CPO deems to be or that can become a hazard or an annoyance to members
and guests. - Running is prohibited in the gated pool area.
- Diving is not permitted in any section of the pool.
- Ball playing within the gated pool area and within the pool is not permitted except at the discretion and approval of the lifeguard
- Use of Glass, aluminum cans or clear plastic cups or items of any kind are prohibited in the gated pool area. However, portable containers (i.e., Yeti cups, metal and plastic tumblers, etc.) for beverages are permitted.
- Eating: There is no food permitted in the gated pool area at any time.
- Pool Shed Access: Members and guests are not permitted to enter the pool shed. The Lifeguard will keep the pool shed locked when not in use. No personal belongings (of any kind) may be stored in the pool shed at any time.
- Smoking is prohibited in the pool area and all other areas of the Club, except in the designated outdoor areas of the Club property where cigarette butt receptacles are located. Littering of cigarette butts is strictly forbidden.
