Membership for Family: $1450
Includes the family making the application, their children, and other extended family members who live together in one residence full time year round, not just the summer. Multiple families living in the same residence during the summer must join separately.
Guestship for Family: $1450
Includes the applicant and his or her immediate family defined as the applicant’s spouse, children up to the age of 18 and children who are full time students at accredited institutions up to age 23.
Those who reside outside of Tiana Shores, may apply for a Guestship. Guests are not eligible to vote or sit on the TSA Board of Directors.
There is a one-time application fee of $150.00 for new Guestships.
