Couple Membership: $1035
(61 years of age or under)
IIncludes the applicant and his/her spouse, or if the applicant is single the Couples Membership could include one other adult living with the applicant in his/her primary residence year round, not just in the summer. A Couple cannot bring other persons who live with them permanently to the club as visitors. Such additional people could be accommodated under a Family Membership.
Couple Guestship: $1035

Includes the applicant and his/her spouse. A couple cannot bring a child to the club as a visitor. Children could be accommodated under a Family Guestship.
Those who reside outside of Tiana Shores, may apply for a Guestship. Guests are not eligible to vote or sit on the TSA Board of Directors.
There is a one-time application fee of $100.00 for new Guestships.
