POOL Rules During Extended Hours . . .
Members and their visitors are permitted to use the pool between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM with no Lifeguard on duty provided that all members and their guests adhere to all pool rules (including wearing TSA Bracelets) and additional supervision, safety and closing rules specifically for pool use between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM as outlined below.
Important: At all times adults are responsible for their children’s safety and ”behavior” while at the TSA facilities.
Members and guests are reminded that use of the pool and TSA facilities are at your own risk and individual assume the risk for any injuries sustained. These Pool Rules Regulations have been established for member safety and for the safety of others. All other rules as posted, published or decided by the TSA Board, shall also apply.

At 6:00 PM the Lifeguard will announce that he/she is: leaving for the day and that no Lifeguard is present, and he/she will post the “No Lifeguard on Duty” sign. Additionally, if no one is at the pool or parked in the lot at 6:00 PM, the Lifeguard will:

If the pool is closed upon arrival at the club, members may open the pool. (The lock combination is the same for the gate and pool.)
Swimming with Supervision
At 6:00 PM the Lifeguard will announce that he/she is: leaving for the day and that no Lifeguard is present, and he/she will post the “No Lifeguard on Duty” sign. Additionally, if no one is at the pool or parked in the lot at 6:00 PM, the Lifeguard will:
- post the “Pool Closed” sign
- lock the pool deck gates, and
- lock the entrance gates if no cars are in the lot.

- No member is to use the pool alone. Another person (at least 18+ years of age) must be on the pool deck at all times.
- A member parent or responsible guardian (18+ years of age) must accompany children 14 years of age (or under) and be on the pool deck at all times.
- For a group of persons (17 years of age and under) using the pool, there must be a minimum of 2 member parents or responsible guardians (18+ years of age) on the pool deck at all times.
In case of Emergency
Parents or guardians will have a cell phone at all times.

Evacuation due to Thunder and/or Lightning
Members must watch for developing weather and thunderstorms. If thunder can be heard, you are within striking distance of lightning (even if it is not raining). If lightning or thunder occurs, immediately evacuate the pool and seek safe shelter. Once evacuated, the pool may not be used until ½ hour after the last lightning/thunder event.

Closing the Pool
At 8:00 PM all members and their guests are to exit the pool. Members must ensure that all personal property is removed from the pool deck, both pool deck gates are locked and the “Pool Closed” signs are posted on the gates.
