When not reserved for club activities, the hall is available to our members at reasonable rates and is perfect for events ranging from birthday celebrations to elegant weddings.

The Club facilities are available for the use of members, their family, friends and guests at rental rates published from time to time.
The Board in its sole discretion may also let the premises to organizations, entities or others.
In keeping with the Club's nature as a private club, party use is intended to be of a private nature, which generally means:

In keeping with the Club's nature as a private club, party use is intended to be of a private nature, which generally means:
- an identifiable group of invitees generally known personally to the host;
- discrete start and end times;
- no public advertising in advance in any media;
- no admission fee or requested donation at the door; and
- that the renting Member will be physically present at the event unless otherwise agreed by the Board in writing. Accordingly, it is expected that all parties would be exempt from the requirement for a Town of Southampton Special Event Permit under Town Code 283-2(A)(3). However, the Renter is responsible for compliance with all laws, rules and regulations, including Town Special Event Permits, if required.
Rental Fees for Tiana Shores Association members as follows:

A $500 refundable security deposit (from which damages will be deducted per contract agreement) is required for all events and liability insurance must be provided by the renter.
